If you feel that a product is not working to your satisfaction, please give us the opportunity to help you to get it to work properly.
Preferably try the product for 2 weeks because many remedies do not work instantly, then phone or email us so we know you are concerned. We will be in touch with you as soon as possible and see if we can help you to get the product working satisfactorily. If you are not satisfied after a further 2 weeks, please send back the product and we will be happy to refund the purchase price of the product and the freight.
